Challenge of getting fit

What a challenge! Getting my body to be fit was a difficult process. To tell the truth, it was very easy to just eat anything and make myself chubby then to control my tease of oily fat food. But my mind was set and still focus on getting fit. I don't want to be persistent doing an hour long excercises that's only make me tired and give up the next day. What I did was, I do a few minute of excercises. I do a 15 minute walking around the room non stop, 5 minute of skipping and drink ice cold water. If you like me, [a wife, a mother and a career woman], your schedule will be full pack from morning till night time until everybody is asleep. So that's the time I do my excercises. Just like I say take a few minute work. Don't force yourself too hard. I was surprise when my weight goes down 3 kg. There's no need to buy expensive equipment.
